Good Shepherd Systems Services, a Proprietorship firm was started in 2007. We are one of the premiere companies operating in Tamilnadu, Pondicherry and Kerala specializing in providing human capital resources.

We are providing Pay Roll compliance services:
what we do: Obtain/amend EPF,ESI codes,Generation of Universal Account Number(UAN)in EPF,Generation of Insured Person Number (IPN) in ESI,Generation of Monthly Statutory Challans,Facilitating employees for KYC updation in the portal, Facilitating employees for online transfer of accounts between companies, Facilitating employees to avail pension benefits on retirement,Coordination support for accident -related compliance, Coordination support for availing benefits from ESI & EPF ,Interface with the authorities for inspections & notices.
What we have done/doing:
1. Customs, Govt. of India through CMC, TCS, Xeam
Our valued clients include M/s CMC Limited – Once a Government of India Undertaking and later it migrated with TATA Enterprise which is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and social responsibility.
We have provided around 60 man powers to CMC Limited to work in their projects at Customs Offices in Tamilnadu, Pondicherry and Kerala from 01/04/2010 to 30/09/2015. This project was taken over by M/s Xeam Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and is operational from 01/10/2015 to 30/09/2017
We have been involved in the Customs Service Centre Activities includes computer operation, printing operation, accounts, cash management, record keeping at 19 Customs locations in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Kerala as part of Indian Customs EDI Services (ICES).
2. Customs, Tuticorin, Govt. of India
We provide hardware maintenance support to Custom House, Tuticorin. Maintenance of Computers, Servers, Printers, Scanners, Touch Screen Kiosks, MODEMs and Switches etc. Also,We were also awarded the House Keeping Contract at Custom House. Tuticorin and at Container Scanner Project, Near Custom House, Tuticorin.
3. V.O.C.Port Trust, Tuticorin
From June, 2016, we were also awarded the work of Supply Manpower services of around 200 employees for providing assistance to regular employees in office based works such as operating computers, compilation of Accounts and Statistical data, receipts, dispatch of letters, files, distribution of dak, and other technical/ non technical office/Outdoor works assigned from time to time in various departments of VOC Port Trust on contractual basis till now.
4. LIC,Customs and HighCourt Chennai/Madurai/Kerala, Govt. of India through Newgen Software Technologies
We have been provided 55 man power support in the DMS (Document Management System) i.e digitisation of documents in Chennai Customs and LIC, Chennai from February 2014 to Feb 2016.
We have been providing 125 man power support in the DMS (Document Management System) i.e digitisation of documents in High Court Chennai/Madurai/Kerala since April 2022 till now.
5. Sethusamudhram Corporation Limited at Chennai
We have been awarded the man power work order by the Sethusamudhram Corporation Limited from till now.
6. Tamilnadu Trade Promotion Organisation (Trade Center)Nandambakkam Chennai
We are providing Manpower of 25 employees for Administrative work (Techinical and Non- Techinical) at Chennai Trade Centre Complex Nandambakkam Chennai form the period 01.11.2020 to 31.12.2022.We are successfully completed this project.
7. BHEL Hospital,Ranipet
We are providing manpower of 41 employees for Paramedical and Non-Techinical Manpower services at Main Hospital & Factory Medical Center(FMC),BHEL Ranipet & Peripheral Dispensary at Vellore form 01.05.2021 to till now.
8. Port Trust Hospital ,Tuticorin
We are supplying Manpower of 68 employees various posts Medical and Para Medical in Medical Department of V.O.C Port Trust Tuticorin from 2017 to Till now.
